so it looks like it should hold up better than I expected I got this for my wife for Valentine’s Day, and she really likes it. In fact, we’re now planning to donate her 3 or 4 other travel cups to charity and maybe get another one of these. I thought the top was just normal plastic, but it appears to be a very strong white nylon-type substance, so it looks like it should hold up better than I expected. It’s perfect to fit in car cup holders (and the near-the-top handle doesn’t get in the way), and it’s not top-heavy like the other small-bottomed…
My new favorite! I’ve gone through many of the top travel mugs sold on Amazon. The vacuum seal on some can be a haven for gunked up coffee chunks and mold, because there is no possible way to clean inside of the complicated lids. The only way I discovered this was banging the lid on the side of our ivory colored sink when washing it. Seeing black chunks fly out was enough for me to swear off those mugs.
Liked it enough to order a second one… My wife saw this at Target and passed it up at the time. A week or 2 later she decided she really wanted it, but they were no longer in store or on website in the pink color. A month or so after they showed up here and we ordered. She loves it.
