it seems like it will serve its intended purpose-which is saying a … Just be aware that this is not made in usa. For some reason I thought it was after reading the product info. Other than that, it seems like it will serve its intended purpose-which is saying a lot in today’s marketplace…..
Great cooler but could be better Very nice cooler for sure!Only thing about it that might be negative is the latches. They make alot of noise when snapped down. I thaught about ordering new latches but figured it would be a waist of time. When I received the product they were very quit, but not now!
Took the YETI back, this Engel is a keeper. Get this model while you still can. I read that online, these units @Amazon are NOS (new old stock). The design has changed. A stupid port has been added, thru the RHS, to permit passthru of an Oxygen line – with the redesigned model (which costs more). Cabela’s had the newer type available in-store @Dundee – and they had the port added in the top RHS of the lid. Same reason, to keep minnows alive. Well, it’s a cooler – that’s what people want it for 99.9% of the time – so forget the (costly…
