Worth it! This sleek cover snugs over my Everie bath perfectly. Water seems to reach temp faster. Do not put this on a Carion Countertop!! First time I used this I got a black square stain on my countertop that cannot be removed! White Corian countertop now ruined!!!! Bleach, Comet, scrub , scrub, scrub! Nothing will remove this stain that has seeped deep into the Corian surface. So angry. A $20 product that now needs a $4000 repair.

EVERIE Sous Vide Container Neoprene Sleeve leaves a countertop stain. I really liked the idea of this insulating sleeve and it seems to provide some insulation. My complaint is that after a 24 hour sous vide cook, I moved the tank with the insulator and found it had left a rectangular stain on my Corian countertop. I’ve included a photo of the faint stain matching the perimeter of the 12 qt. container. I tried to remove with cleanser to no avail. I guess I’ll have to put down some paper towel underneath next time.
