Pretty good basic IFAK for the money So far it seems like a quality product. Personally, the first thing I did was remove the “survival” equipment as it is totally superfluous for an IFAK. Since I bought this for use main when motorcycling I have removed much of the smaller items that had many extras. This gave me room to add an Israeli bandage and a cold pack along with several other items (ACE compression wraps) and a pair of surgical shears. I used many of the items i removed in another smaller pouch as a BooBoo bag…
One of the Most Comprehensive Kits on the Market, Great Addition to my Bug Out Bag When it comes to first aid kit, I prefer to spend on a more quality kit than a 300 pcs kit that has 150 cotton swabs. This kit covers nearly all emergency medical situations I might encounter. The size is perfect to carry, and the molle strap is just brilliant. The bag also leaves a little room for your own improvement. In sum, everything was carefully packed inside of the bag, and the overall quality is superb. Assembly the kit by myself would cost double the price, great purchase!
good for home or office, not so much for the trail. The bag is nicely durable, and it does have a nice selection of supplies. Now for the down-side. This is very much a get it and forget it first aid kit, with mild emphasis on the forget it. The kit I got was stuffed full of supplies, but there were distinct hiccups in the supply layout.FIrst thing I noticed when I opened it up, was two giant packages of cotton swabs. There were more cotton swabs than are practical for a first-aid kit, but there are just the right number for a makeup…
