Slim and Cute The best part about these ice packs is how very slim they are. They are also very cute. However, they do not do a great job at keeping items cool. I have to use two for a half day outing, which isn’t bad because they are so slim. But, even with two, items in my insulated bag are not as cold as they should be at the end of the day. They will probably work great in my daughter’s lunch bag this fall, since the food would only need to be chilled for a few hours. But, I will continue my search…
Happy to have found these We kind of have an ice pack problem in our home. We really like having them and I get pretty obsessive about knowing where each one is but things happen and they disappear. So I found these and they were a little less expensive than the ones in the store. I like that. Especially if I have to keep replacing them.
Great for preschooler snack! These are great for my preschooler – they are small enough to fit into one of those sandwich sized reusable bags (add a bag of fruit or a cheese stick). She likes the penguin style but I have to write her name on with a sharpie (before they are frozen) so I get them back! Just a note – I saw similar sized coolers, but square and blue – your standard cool pack – at TJ Maxx for about $5.
