Excellent quality I like to buy meats in bulk & then divide portions & freeze. This worked out fantastic for food saving steaks-2 tenderloins per bag & then tossing in the freezer. For those new to freezing, make sure to label bag BEFORE putting anything inside it.Wonderful purchase-well worth it-will buy again! Wish they had same concept of Liquid Block with other sized bags-especially pint sized ones.

Pros and Cons I have used FoodSaver bags and rolls for Sous Vide cooking for years. These bags are OK, but there are a couple of issues. I would give this 3-1/2 stars, but can’t.First, they do a pretty good job of sealing anything with moisture as long as there’s not TOO much moisture. I started out by using some balsamic vinegar and a few spices on a lamb chop, and the balsamic vinegar just came flowing out and was not sealed in the bag.
