Trying to get into backpacking and camping I needed some light easy to use bowls I was told about this product by a friend who backpacks a few times a year. My first set came in and the plate was missing one button but it was quickly fixed and returned to me within the week. They say on the cup/bowl how much liquid it holds and can hold boiling liquid. I wouldn’t microwave it though
Just what I expected This is the smartest thing out there for backpackers. This set is also ideal for travelers, car campers, picnics or eco-conscious lunches at work. It’s hard to believe the simple shapes create such useful containers. I love the bowl size, great for a hearty pasta dish and doesn’t get too hot to hold even when loaded with a hot pasta dish. A must have for any serious back packer! I can’t say enough good things about this set. I went on a 10 day backpacking trip and just took the bowl. I LOVE that it stores flat (I was able to put it up against the side of my pack) and is light weight! When I was done eating I would open the whole thing up and lick it clean.
