Donât Bother Wish I could give it zero stars. For $200, I was expecting it to be perfect. I wouldnât pay more than $25 for this thing. The tray is awkward to place when filled with water. Also, I have to MANUALLY lock the suction cup when placing the water tray because it gets in the way, and then manually release it because it doesnât always catch and release when tray is pushed in. The fan blows very well and itâs cool, BUT it more for a personal space rather than a whole room. Also, it works for a few…
Great machine; terrible remote I have to vent about the bad BEFORE I say anything good. The battery compartment on the remote control is nearly impossible to open. (I broke a thumbnail and pinched the tip of my finger trying to follow the instructions to open it). Called customer service and the only thing the kid in customer service provided was a rather awkward reading from the instruction manual I had right in front of me.
