Must Have for runners or hikers Needed new replacement GPS watch for 2019 training/running. Only black and white display but easy to read in dark or sunlight. My Garmin VivoActive watch with touch screen still works but the touch screen sensitivity doesn’t allow me to operate the run function anymore, I am hoping the Instinct with durable buttons will last longer. But 3 years out of a Garmin watch the way I beat them up running, biking and hiking is a bargain. LOVE the TUNDRA color, not bright white but pale gray looks…
Function and form I have been getting into running since last spring. Typically I use my phone to track my runs for times. But itâs not always reliable. Iâve lost many a runs data due to gps glitches. I have some friends who are real ârunnersâ and they suggested Garmins. So I researched. The Instinct does more than what I need… but itâs nice to have extra options that I may eventually use. The watch is very comfortable. And the heart monitor is great.
