4 star concept/ 5 star customer service/ 2 star longevity The front and back plastic pieces where the legs cross has material issues. The rivet will pop out of the plastic, eventually, and leave the chair unsteady.However, customer service is excellent! Liesje Smith answered my email right away, had me field destroy the current chair, and sent me another.
How does the Lifetime Guarantee Work ? You purchased this item on July 2, 2017.These are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee, however if you do not register I guess that you are screwed. We got two of these chairs and the plastic part is cracked. At $100 for each chair you would have thought that they would have lasted longer than they have. Now we have two broken chairs. They are really nice and fit in the tour pack of the Motorcycle really nice.We loved the chairs when we got them. But really I have had $5.00…
GREAT INVESTMENT FOR A BACK PROBLEM SUFFERS I bought 4 of these chairs about two years ago and waited until now to review them. The 2 main reasons for waiting so long to review them 1) I wanted to wait to see how well they held up after a period of time of wear and tear. 2) I am a bit lazy at getting around reviewing some of the items I’ve purchased. So it works out quite well when it come to reviewing the longevity of certain products like these PICO chairs. “Thats my story and I’m sticking to it”. 🙂 Anyway back to these…
