Will provide the cold therapy relief you need! Iâve recently had multiple surgeries on both shoulders. Iâve bought a lot of gel packs that just donât seem to last long enough to relieve my pain. Stays cold longer These packs are the BEST. We have several other types but this one is far superior. It stays cold longer than any other. My husband purchased in preparation for my hip replacement surgery. Liked it so much I purchased two more. Highly recommend.
