COLD APPLICATION:
Store in freeze and remove. Apply to affected area.
Keep the reusable ice pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours to obtain the best results. (Note: time should not be too long, it will affect the flexibility of the ice pack.)
Our ice pack is covered with flannelette to protect your skin from frostbite and make you more comfortable.
HOT APPLICATION:
Be cautious as microwaves vary in power and you will need to find the correct amount of time to heat the pack.
Flatten the pack to ensure the gel is evenly distributed.
Place the pack in the microwave oven and set timer for a max of 30 seconds to stand for 30 seconds. (Please check out directions carefully before use).
If more heat is required, heat in 10 seconds increments with equal standing time until desired temperature is achieved.
Remove from microwave oven, flannelette on ice packs prevent burns and make you more comfortable.

Doesn’t stay cold very long. I purchased this as an alternative to ice packs for a persistently sore wrist. I figured the fact that it was flexible when cold and had the Velcro straps to keep it in place would make it a good choice. I was disappointed in two things: first, it really is too big to use around the wrist, being difficult to attach it tight enough to stay in place (I’m sure that around the knee or ankle it would be just fine); second, and most importantly, the gel does not get as cold as an ice pack and the…
Works well as coldpack Mostly works well. I’ve been using it cold on my upper back. The only hitch is that it is not flexible when frozen so I can’t curve it around the shoulders to the front.I’ve been using this occasionally as a hot-pack, about 10 or 12 times since I bought it and it just blew a hole in the microwave and leaked gel. Great Price…Quality Product…Does the Job 100% Absolutely love this product. I have bad knees and typical freezer ice packs were hard to fit around knee and got warm too fast. Read the reviews on this product and decided to try. First, fits around the knee perfectly and with the straps stays put. Haven’t had any problem with it getting too warm at all.
