Does the Job! I received 2 packs, both do cold and hot. Look and feel very good. The sizes of both are perfect sizes along with I for arms that is enclosed in another material that you can wrap around your arm or leg. The material looks to be very strong, I would definitely recommend these two pack as they compliment each other. I have had others in the past and this seems much better than what I have had or seen. Glad I purchased.
Great for knee pain

You can use the same pouch by warming it up for thirty seconds or put it in the freezer. the two in one concept really sold me. I also like how I can put it on my knee or my shoulder without it falling off. This helps a lot especially when you move around a lot. Overall, I think it is a great product and I would highly recommend to others looking for ice packs and heating pads.
Useful I’ve seen many ice packs claim to be flexible. Either they were very rigid once frozen, or didn’t stay cold long enough. These are the exception. I bought 2 sets while recovering from surgery, and to be honest, I decided to replace all of my ice packs with these, including the ones I tended to use for migraines.Best of all, they are quite flexible and stay cold long enough to be useful.
