Use Both Hot and Cold： Our packs can be used both for both hot and cold therapy, unlike competing packs that can only be used cold. Hot– Place the gel pack in boiling water for 3-8 minutes, or, heat up water in the microwave and immerse for 3-5 minutes with medium-high heat. **For safety of keeping contents inside the compartments, it is not advised to place gel pack in microwave for heating. Cold– Place the gel pack in the freezer for 20-60 minutes or in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour.
