Nicely engineered Assuming it holds up, this is a very nice tool at a very reasonable price. I’m a big fan of multi-tools, and of course have the requisite Leatherman at home. But it’s a bit bulkier than I like for carrying around. Granted, Leatherman comes in a variety of sizes. But I happened upon the Gentleman’s multi-tool at a local store the other day, and was really impressed by the quality (less so the retail price). These devices have a good assortment of useful tools and a sturdy construction that left everyone who received one saying “whoa, that’s really something” when they unboxed these tools and held them for the first time.
Two strikes and it is out Ordered this item twice. First arrived broken (part of the mechanism that separates the blades when you release your grip). Second one broke in the exact same spot with light use. Returning for refund.Also – knife might be okay with extensive sharpening; the saw had great difficulty with a branch, soft wood, the size of my pinky. Cannot recommend.
