The Crucial: everything you want, none you don’t. Use the Crucial’ s partially serrated blade to make short work of rope cutting or package opening and tighten down loose screws around the house, the office, or out on a work site with the Phillips or flat head screwdrivers. In addition to the knife and screwdrivers, this tool contains a nicely long pair of needle nose pliers, a bottle opener, V-cut wire cutters, a carabineer clip and an ingenious pocket clip, making it the shrewdest of daily carries. The handles of the tool are ergonomically curved for a solid grip and increased torque.

Product Features

  • Compact and lightweight design that carries like a pocket knife
  • Essential components for emergency situations
  • Clip-knife styling with full-size drop-point blade that utilizes liner lock technology
  • Larger essential components for full functionality even in compact and lightweight multitool
  • Eight functions: pliers, v-cut wire cutter, 1/2-inch serrated blade, cross-head screwdriver, bottle opener, medium flat driver, pocket clip, and carabiner clip

Broke on first use.. Really disappointed. This was the perfect size to fit in my pocket and still be a useful size tool. The Phillips screwdriver broke the first time using it.. and the screws were not that tight. In fact, my friend who has a Leatherman Skeletool finished removing the screw that broke this tool as well as the other screws i was going to take out. It looks as if it was made of cast metal or something… Not good for a screwdriver. Sent it back for a refund. Will buy a different brand of tool. Dont…

Multi-tool that carries like a knife I have several multi-tools, including two that cost $100-$150 with complete bit sets, both of which are beautifully made and very useful (one from each of the two well-known multi-tool manufacturers). I keep one at home and the other in the center console of my truck, and use them for many jobs. So, why buy this Gerber Crucial? For one simple reason: At any given moment, the very best multi-tool is the one you’ve got in your pocket. And, because the value of these tools is their…
