I didnt expect to like this knife as much as i did I didnt expect to like this knife as much as i did. Now i say “did” because i gave this knife away after a year to the man who gave me my first blade.
Gerber makes great stuff and this is no exception Gerber makes great stuff and this is no exception. Great knife heavy and flips open easy. It comes with a nice case and is very sharp. Love this knife.
Not bad for $20 Just received the knife yesterday so I can’t comment yet on how the edge stands up over time but Gerber has a great reputation. The knife was much heavier than expected which is a good thing. The grips are hard rubber, not cheap plastic…better grip. I ran the blade down a sheet of paper as soon as I got it. It cut very well but I noticed that the curve was slightly duller than the straight part of the blade. This seems to be common as all knives I’ve bought seem to be like that. Still sharp…
