… to replace my Gerber Gator non premium which I loved and used constantly a very tuff and durable knife … Got this to replace my Gerber Gator non premium which I loved and used constantly a very tuff and durable knife which unfortunately was no match for my boxer pup who chewed the cover off leaving only the hard plastic handle. This knife came sharp enough to shave with. Knife is made very solid in the USA and fits the hand comfortably with very good grip. Haven’t used it that much yet so don’t know how it will hold or take an edge after some wear. Problem is it’s almost too nice looking to use…
Amazing Knife – If you want REAL quality that’s affordable stop here. I had the identical knife (with worse steel) stolen from me 19 years ago. Surgical! I will go ahead and actually say I love this knife.Really solid knife here, in every way. I have never owned a Clip Point knife before, and i’m not too sure of the benefits yet for the average non-hunter…but I imagine there are a few. I love the lock-up on this knife, it has a nice crisp lock sound when the blade is deployed. The thumb cutout on the blade is easy and substantial enough for anyone to use.
