Workhorse I had this one’s grandfather on my belt for maybe fifteen years. It turned up missing (kids) so I got this one as a replacement. Just as useful if not a little more so because of the updated tool set. The cutters slip through a wire hanger like it’s nothing and it makes a fairly blunt cut. You don’t even get what you pay for I just got this today, and am returning it first thing tomorrow morning. None of the tools lock “securely” into place: both knives wiggle around after being fully extended and “locked”, as do all the other tools. This play is dangerous, particularly with the knives. When you say “Lifetime warranty” stick 2 it. No sneaky “must pay for this and that!” I had this tool in my car for a “just in case emergency”. First use of the pliers and the head broke. I’m thinking it’s a Manufactures defect, so I’ve contacted customer service for a replacement. I get told that I have to pay for S/H to ship it back. What gives! it’s not my fault and I got pictures to prove it. Asks me to fill a form on line, which I did! someone is going to call you right the way. (never happened).
