Great tool – Highly recommend I had to replace my 15+ year old Gerber multi-tool after it was stolen out of my checked luggage on an overseas trip. This tool is just useful. I use it everywhere. I travel a lot for work and quite frequently place it in my check-in luggage. I highly recommend it.
A tip that may come in handy… I just wanted to pass along a tip re this tool. For years I’ve carried a similar Gerber multipurpose needle nose tool, but unfortunately lost the thing a while back. The one that I had was the long thin needle nose version. Now I find that they have been discontinued. At one point I had managed to snap the tip off of one side of the needle nose blades and Gerber sent me not just a replacement, but two of them, free of charge, apparently a warranty replacement!
