Helped me get my waterer hooked up I needed a way to connect a garden hose to an automatic waterer i bought for my livestock. Why they didn’t make it so that the garden hose could attach directly to the waterer is beyond me, but this worked like a charm to solve my problem. I did put teflon tape on the threaded plastic piece for the waterer, but it hasn’t leaked at all. I like the fact that it is brass instead of plastic, it should last longer than the waterer itself I would guess.
Do not buy. This adapter leaks like crazy. Had to go out and buy another. Not worth it. Pass on by.
