Very small but works great. It’s a great mess kit, but a little smaller than I expected. It’s a little bigger in diameter than a DVD. I’ve taken it camping three times now and the utensils are always the star of the show. Kids especially are fascinated with how they fold. It’s really a one-person kit; you’re not going to be sharing any meals with anyone.
I really love this set I really love this set. The only thing that I was disappointed in is the stand/burner. It is pretty flimsy and you have to balance your pot just right. I feel like this may cause some spills while using this during my Military cold weather training. Other than that I love this product and all of the items that come with it! If only the stand was more sturdy..
High quality mess kit Used this for an overnight backpacking trip with the Troop. I had no problem using the stove and pots to heat a variety of food including red potatoes.Silverware is good quality. Cups and bowls are perfect size.I burned my finger using the ladle to scoop hot water into my oatmeal packs. But that was my fault.The reason for 4 stars is the packing was in very bad shape. Looks like a returned item that was re-taped.The wooden spoon was broken,…
