Not really pad thai. It isn’t bad, but it isn’t pad thai. Too much pepper, way too many julienne carrots, and instead of long wide you get short pieces similar to spaghetti. Not bad, but my Thai friends would laugh hysterically if I tried to pass that off. Like calling White Castle sliders “a beef steak”. The cooking instructions are accurate though. Add boiling water, ziplock the bag closed, and you’ve got a generously portioned dinner.

Excellent tasting dinner Bought this for backpacking trip with son. Needed to go as light as possible.Excellent tasting dinner, especially after day of hiking.We found the two serving portion was just a bit light for us and combined with a one-serving portion, and split them equally between us.Good amount of spice, although we brought along some sriracha because we really like spicy food.Don’t be fooled by the looks of the stuff before re hydrating as it looks gross and not very promising…
