Pleasantly Surprised By How Awesome These Shorts Are These were not what I was expecting and I was pleasantly surprised. I am around 225, 5′ 11″ with a fairly muscular build. Since I’m a little bit fluffy (around 20% BF) it’s hard to find shorts that are flattering to my legs (very thick thighs) without making my gut look terrible (too much beer). AT LAST!!!! I don’t get it. What’s the point of shorts with a long inseam? Shorts should be short. I like a 7″ inseam, which these shorts are. Still shorts, but suitable for an old man, which I am. And what’s with the baggy pants legs fashion? Length is great. Leg openings too narrow. I have been searching for a pair of shorts that are actually shorts. It seems the modern trend is that “shorts” all extend to or past the knee. No thanks.
