Four Stars Works great, however no small square lid.
Great happiness followed by great despair Received these 6 weeks ago and was delighted. Absolutely no sticking and clean-up was effortless. Wanting to keep this cookware perfect I did not put in the dishwasher or the oven and never used cooking spray. I cook frequently and the large skillet gets the most use. A few days ago I sautéed some brussel sprouts and that was it! They stuck to the pan relentlessly and now I can’t remove the brown stains. Pan is now useless and I am so disappointed.
Lightweight and super nonstick! I absolutely love these pans. The heat is distributed evenly (I have an electric glass cooktop) and the best part is how easy they are to clean. I love frying up meats and searing because the pans get very hot and all the black burnt on bits just magically come up with a single swipe of a sponge. Seriously, it’s just like in the infomercials.
