quality control issues This pot arrived in an undamaged box with several other well-packaged and undamaged items. However, this pot was completely unusable due to a large dent and gouges in the enamel on the bottom and side exterior and interior plus additional patches of missing enamel on the lid. I hate ratings that downgrade the product based on outside factors … I use this pot for boiling water and making soup/stew in it while camping. It has a thin bottom which may be an issue if you’re browning vegetables or other items prior to adding liquid.Otherwise I’ve had no problems with it.I hate ratings that downgrade the product based on outside factors so I didn’t change it but I was disappointed that product was advertised as GSI but what shipped was a Cinsa brand pot. Of course it showed up the day I was heading out for a trip so I took it…

pretty as a picture I was very surprised at how light weight this large stock pot was. It was also a lovely blue color. So I expected a less than stellar performance. But I was again surprised at how well it withstood high temperatures in boiling pasta. it also cleans up very quickly and efficiently, as enamel does. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
