Camping with the family? This colorful 16-piece set makes it easy to pack all the tableware you’ll need for the weekend or extended trips. It comes complete with four nesting bowls, four mugs with insulated EVA sleeves, four large plates, and a compact mesh stuff sack for storage and travel. Color coding makes it easy for kids to keep track of their place setting.
Each piece is made from completely recyclable, BPA-free Infinity polypropylene that won’t absorb odors or leach chemicals into food. Great set for camping, HOWEVER consider the full set with the GSI pots/pans to round out the set. Great set of four for camping. Would recommend purchasing with the GSI pots/pans set to make the set complete and not take any additional room. Nice innovative features and handled hot coffee well in the cups. Bowls were ok for cereal.
More color options would increase the versatility of this set I have the GSI Infinity Pinnacle base camp set and got this set to accommodate more people. I actually took the entire set on a backpacking trip with 5 people and it worked great. A little heavier than most people would like, but having everything nest together made life simpler. I was able to add one of the plates from this set to the nesting pots and then kept the extra cup/bowl loose in my pack.I do wish that GSI would have different color combos for the sets. Perfect Camping Dishware I scoured shelves of several sporting goods stores looking for the most efficient dish set that my family and I could use, never really being satisfied with any for multiple reasons (i.e.: they weren’t compact, they didn’t come with bowls, or they were only sets of two, etc, etc).
