GSI Outdoors Pinnacle Base Camper Large is The Pinnacle Base Camper cook set is an 8pc assortment of cookware made of anodized aluminum with our Pinnacle non-stick finish that nest together in a compact lightweight cook set. The set includes a 3L and 5L pot with crushproof, heat-resistant nylon strainer lids. The 3L pot has a lid/fry pan with a folding gripper handle. Cutting board is included for food prep. Ingenious welded stuff sack contains the entire cook set and doubles as a sink or wash basin in camp.

Works well enough. They don’t say “Pinnacle” on them anywhere and the ones I received had the Bugaboo Base Camper owners manual with them. How are you supped to know you have the right set when there is nothing to distinguish them? I have seen pictures of other sets that say “Pinnacle” right on the pots so I don’t know why they stopped doing that.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had used a GSI Base Camper set for years and years and years but it was a smaller, older version and I was looking for a larger pot. This set met my expectations and MORE! My other set is still fully functional and usable as an individual backpacker and the no stick surface has held up for years. I was afraid that over time GSI might have tried to change, go cheap, or otherwise manipulate their pots but they have not as of yet! I have only used this set on one trip so far and it has held…
Perfect for two people in the car or on the trail. I bought this to have as a two person cook set for my fiance and myself. We have used this set for both car camping and backpacking and it it big enough/small enough for each. With two different size pots and a fry pan you can easily make extravagant meals while on the trail or just keep it simple.
