Rtic vs Gus cup I tested the 30oz rtic against the 30 oz gus cup. Equal amounts of ice, no water. After 24 hours i opened both and found about 1/3 of the ice left in each, with a slight edge going to the rtic.Gus cup on left.Rtic on right.
Just like a Yeti cup… its just a lot cheaper 🙂 This Gus 30 oz tumbler looks just like the very popular and very well built Yeti tumbler. When the Yeti cup first came out I bought one and used it all the time. I worked outdoors and I loved using the cup to keep my drink cold all day long. My wife like it a lot so we got her one too and to this day we bring our cups with us all the time. The Yeti cups are great but the prices keep going up over the past year and it is getting harder to find them in stock. I was so happy to find this Gus cup…
Freezing cold and has ice left after 8 hours! Such a strange thing, reviewing a cup… I would compare the quality of this cup to be near a Yeti without the cost ($69.99). Only the top inch of the cup feels the temperature of the drink inside on the outside (thinner insulation at that point). I have tried this cup with both hot and cold items.
