DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! One of the reasons I bought this ice maker was because I have owned other HB products that worked well…NOT THIS ONE! After 5 months, the fan started sounding strained even though it wasn’t dirty. The unit also started producing ice pellets despite being set to produce large cylinders.After several attempts to report this to the manufacturer, I finally got to speak with someone who told me that warranty claims for that product are handled in a different department. This is a wonderful device! ——- after a couple of months not so much…… Length:: 0:29 Mins This is a wonderful device!!!! I have it next to me in the living room. Every 7 minuets it makes a batch!! So quiet and convenient. The only little thing is if you watch the video you will see the ice does not completely fall off the tray. It will not start a new cycle if the ice remains.
