1. insert SIM card

When you insert the SIM card into the device, the blue or yellow indicator flashes every 3
seconds, or when you call the SIM card, it is busy or you hear it ring, and then the call fails, that
is, the device has received the GPS signal, you can go to the next step.
If the blue light is always on,
or if you hear the call number turned off when calling the device, the SIM card cannot receive the GPS signal.

Maybe there are 3 situations.
The card is not inserted, the device is not read card (re insert).
We don’t use the correct SIM card (we recommend using Speed talk to support 2G network).
There is no GPS signal in the room (try again where there is strong GPS signal outside).
2. download APP real-time location equipment
Search: TKSTAR GPS, or scan the QR code in the manual.
Server: www.mytkstar.net
If the location is wrong or offline, you need to set APN.

3. set APN

First, ask the operator for the APN information of the card:
APN names, apnpassword and apnusename.
Secondly, send 4 short messages to your SIM card:
For example, if you get the following information:

Apn Name: A
Apn Username: B
Apn passwd:C
4. messages sent to the SIM card are:
1.gprs123456
2.apn123456 A (A in front of space)
3.apnusename123456 B (B also)
4.apnpasswd123456 C (C also)
