Instructions for use of lithium ion battery,

Great for keeping your hands free Great for keeping your hands free when working. I use to use regular flashlights but have switched over to these head lights and never looked back. The materials are nice and durable and it’s comfortable on your head while wearing it. The light output is pretty impressive. It’s nice and bright and the LEDs draw a lot less power so the battery lasts a really long time. Overall really satisfied overall
Adjusts to fit everyone easy My 9 year old loves this!I run a nature and outdoors non profit for kids. As a result my 9 year old is very much into adventuring. We have been caving and she hated it. Great Batreet life is great. I used it for a night trail run and this was my only source of light. It was perfect. I had all 3 lights on and a light diameter of about 5-6 feet while everyone else had maybe a foot or less. People said it looked like the sun! After 2 hrs on full mode running plus another half hour post race waling it was still as bright as when I started. Definitely great deal. It is a big heavy cuz the battery is super long life, but I got used to it.
