Works Perfect! Excellent earpiece and best I’ve used so far!! I was using the D-ring style previously, which worked great but caused a sore ear after 10-12 hours of wear at work; also have used the speaker/mic combination style with coiled cord in the past, but didn’t like the weight on the shoulder and transmissions often had a metallic sound making them difficult to understand. I was very capable of both hearing all communications as well as replying to them via the Mic.
The Best Headset I’ve Found For the Money UPDATE 4/24/2017: I just purchased three more of these radio headsets for my golf course teammates, after they inquired where they could buy one. The original one I bought last year is still working perfectly, after a full golf season and a couple of months into this year’s work. All of the positives I listed in my initial review hold true, and the one negative (a non-swiveling microphone clip) hasn’t been an issue in the least.

I have always had hearing problems and most earpieces are not very loud, at least to me, as well as they give off that almost metallic sound, making understanding what’s said even harder for me…
