It is DARK, don’t be mislead This piece is a great size and good quality and also a good price but the color is way different than what I expected. When purchasing online, I was very observant when it came to picking out a tapestry. Online it appeared a purple hue with peachy and pinkish accents. I was definitely mislead. It’s navy blackish blue with darker brownish orange tones with hints of a deep orange-red, not colorful at all. Hanging in my very light airy space with all white walls, it made the room feel much darker…
but it wasn’t too bad. it is quite large, but the colors are gorgeous. Slightly different from the photo but it still very similar. When it arrived there was a light smell, but it wasn’t too bad.
The smaller the pattern the more the colors pop! The print is a bit smaller to be make it accomodate to the size of the fabric which actually makes the teal colors pop even more. It has a beautifully done mandala pattern bright and colorful. I thought about draping this over my bed but i liked it more for covering my windows.
