Keeps the coffee warm long enough. not even a month into using this mug and the Open/Close slider broke off, and just as a result of normal use sliding back and forth to drink or keep the coffee at temperature.Coffee stays warm as long as I need it to stay warm.UPDATE: bumped up to 4 stars because the folks over at Homitt a truly focused on making the customer happy. They contacted me unsolicited and offered to replace the mug. They have gained a loyal customer.
100% work as described. Metal straws make a difference. I don’t know why some reviews are negative, my set is great and the metal straws seem to make it colder.Don’t know if that’s actually the case but it seems like it. Allso the lids fit snug enought to with stand being knocked of a T.V. tray and no spilling. I’m ordering more. Li k e most people I have same style cups that don’t keep things cold all that long. Unless you pay 49.00 a cup. Well I put these to test against 3 other brands . THEY CAME OUT ON TOP BY 6, 3, 2 hrs.
Love it! Pros: Absolutely keeps my coffee hot and cold drinks cold longer than a standard travel cup. It also looks nice and seems to be resistant to scratches and damage. Its also nice that it’s a 20 oz cup and still fits in the cup holders in my car.Cons: My only complaint is that the brown product label sleeve is glued to the cup, rather than just slid around it and it left a residue that is somewhat difficult to remove.
