INSTRUCTIONS
For a cold compress store in the freezer for at least 2 hrs.(it won’t freeze as the gel will stay flexible) and it is recommended to use in the first 48 hrs. after injury.
For a heating compress relief, either place in hot water for about 10 min., or you can microwave it for about 30 seconds. Heating therapy is recommended to use only 48 hrs. AFTER the injury.

Great versatile hot/cold pack! A must have! I love this!! I have a bad lower back and hip and one or the other is always giving me issues. It’s so nice to have such a versatile pack where i don’t have to keep a heating pad and ice pack as this can do both. I was skeptical at first but it does a really good job and staying hot and cold. this is such a great item in our household since we have four kids … this is such a great item in our household since we have four kids who all play various sports and are somewhat klutzy. So far I have used it hot for my back, two ankles, and a leg strain. I just throw it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and its hot/warm for quite a long time. Amazing Hot & Cold gel ice pack This Hot & Cold ice pack is amazing. I have a family of 4 and it seems like one of us always need something to reduce swelling or relive pain. I have back problems and i used this as a hot pack. The straps are big enough they fit right around my waist. Im not a small guy about 230 lbs so its plenty big enough to fit larger people. The cold part works just as well as the hot part. The ice pack stays very cold for at least a couple hours. This hot and cold pack is definitely a life saver.
