Excellent for food prep I am able to stack probably five meal containers. I haven’t packed that many, so I am estimating by the space left when I stack three containers. There is a compartment in front for silverware and extras and spaces for drinks on the sides.I saw several videos and reviews that say this bag is very durable and strong, even after a few years of using it frequently for food prepping. Best lunchbox ever! My husband lost his favorite LLBean lunch box that is no longer made but he loves his new husky lunchbox even more. This one is a Bingo! This Lunch Bag tops all the rest I have owned. Interior lining is thick and durable to punctures. Outstanding big zipper pulls and zippers. Insolated front and back pockets.
