If the axe is put away for a longer time, grease it to prevent rust.

This started out as a great axe. I was super excited to have a … This started out as a great axe. I was super excited to have a swedish forged axe that looked nice and worked great. It came sharp, stayed sharp through chopping, and was beautiful, especially for the price. The handle was perfect, no coating.
Amazing axe…..until the heartbreak I absolutely love this axe. It can be used two handed with a full swing or can be used one handed if you have a strong grip. The steel holds an edge wonderfully and I have had no issues whatsoever! I would highly recommend this axe to anyone looking for an affordable option for around their home.
