Cheap, but worth it for a season or two I’m torn on this item. I needed this bladder size and configuration to fit an existing hydration pack and this was the best deal in spite of including its own pack. The bladder quality is actually quite good and the closure mechanism is secure. The bite valve is not the standard type pioneered by CamelBak – making this a throwaway item if the valve ever fails. However, the connector between the bladder and other end of the tube is nice. The pack is incredibly flimsy, but has two nice zipper…
Compact, light weight water backpack. Update 12/20/2017: The backpack itself is very compact and nice. However, the bladder once again failed after only a couple of uses. Not sure if I am just unlucky or if there is a manufacturing defect. In good conscience, I need to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. I may look elsewhere for a bladder that will fit this backpack since I still like the design.
