One Size Truly Fits All. I am a large guy at 6’1″ 260lb. It has been extremely difficult for me to find a hydration vest that fits. This vest is perfect. I have taken it on several runs and plan on using it this weekend for an ultra marathon. There are plenty of pockets and the mesh fabric is stretchy allowing you to fit lots of nutrition or whatever else you may need. The front pockets are GREAT. Other hydration vests in this price range usually only come with one pocket and the more expensive Nathan, Salomon, and UD…

Lightweight but seems durable enough casual running/hiking It doesn’t come with a water bag but my 3L fit inside it. It has pockets over the water bag pocket that fit my ice packs so that’s an added bonus. The pockets on the hip are big enough to fit a cell phone but the netting they’re made of is kind thin. Pleased so far I’ve used this pack running up to 14 miles so far and am really pleased with it. I was used to a Nathan pack that scratched my back every run (never did figure out what caused it).
