Great set I have one of the big ones but wanted a smaller one to take with me when I go on trips and this set of 3 was cheaper so I went with this one. I’m glad as they are just as good quality as my other ones and was a lot cheaper. I plan on using the middle on as an ice pack for my lunch bag so it has more than one purpose
Excellent Ice Packs I recently needed an ice pack to aid in recovering from foot surgery. These are easy to use, sturdy and very durable, stay cold for a long time, and exceeded my general overall expectations. I especially appreciated the attached Velcro band that held the ice pack exactly where I needed it. I was even able to sleep with the ice pack on, and it never slipped out of place. I would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to purchase again.

The description says 4 pack but it refers to 3 ice bag packs and a strap.I like that there are 3 different sized bags to use depending on the size of the injured area.
