What I needed They work like ice packs are supposed to. Haven’t tried heating them and probably won’t since my doctor does not recommend heat for sore muscles or surgical incisions. The belt/pouch will probably work for someone with a sore back but is too long and scratchy for leg problems. Good price for the product.
Very good ice packs this is perfect for loosening up muscles it straps and fit comfortably around waist and doesn’t slip from place over time. when I microwaved it became significantly lukewarm to hot depending on ur satisfaction . It also works great, cold and just pip it on freezer .You can strap it on and continue to work around the house.A fantastic product that works the way it should.comes with two gel pads and a strap just perfect for rotating compressions.
