Helped my back Everything was as expected from ordering to use. I like it but, I wish it would stay frozen longer, but no real complaint.
Great product I love this item. The straps do stretch to fit almost any size. Right now I am under Dr’s orders to use several times a day and this fits the bill. Delivery was on time.
Well price and effective This is an economically priced reuseable cold pack. I have not used the hot therapy feature of this pack. It’s a little stiff when you remove it from the freezer, perhaps because that is where I store it. But it quickly conforms to wherever you are placing it. Stays cold along time.
