does job for thier size Adequate at best only stay cold for a very few hours a lot smaller than i thought they would be so use 3 at a time still doesn’t keep it cold long enough. I guess if putting in kiddos lunch pail where u only need like 3 hrs or so of cold then great item.
Great customer service I initially received that package with one unit that had leaked. I was going to exchange it, but there was no replacement option. So I decided to just let it go and since it wasn’t that expensive, it wasn’t a big deal. A few days later, I received an email asking to review the item. I responded and stated my issue. They immediately sent me replacements without me asking. In fact, they sent me more than one. Sure enough, it showed up a few day later. Excellent customer service.
Great ice packs These ice packs are perfect for kids’ lunch boxes. I use two per lunch box. Because of their size they are easy to arrange as needed. I pack the lunches at 5:45am and the last lunch period is at 12:45 and the food and drink are still cold.
