Barely acceptable I’ve had this item for a number of years now. As other reviewers have noted, the handle isn’t particularly good on this item. I’d like to add that the lid also falls off way too easily. It still works today (several years later), but I’ve only used it very rarely (around twice a year).

Read other reviews before buying As others have mentioned, the handle is a joke; mine came disconnected right out of the box! I was able to snap it back in but just as others have said, it is likely to pop back out again at any time. I also have mixed feelings about the lid. It doesn’t close easily and needs to snap shut. I understand this could be a good thing, as you get the satisfaction of knowing that it is closed tightly and securely. I guess I need to get used to that, as I’ve left it partially open a few times thinking…

Holds a bundle Love the 28Q capacity, can hold six half gallon containers standing up with room on top or below for ice or additional shopping items such as a carton of eggs. With the addition of mounting hardware from JANDD Mountaineering (and a blinkie for night time use) converted a couple of these to bicycle panniers. Insulation maybe not the best but good enough for my purposes, only use these to transport perishables the short distance from the local convenience store home — like a ten minute trip. Lids…
