Pretty good for camping The Cub Scouts have some pretty nifty ideas. At a camping event in the HOT Florida sun, it was suggested that we purchase a two-gallon cooler and freeze water in it. Pour the water into the container and VOILA cold water all weekend as the ice will slowly melt as we add the water time and again.Well, I’m a bit chicken to freeze water in it just yet, but did the next best thing. Handle isn’t sturdy. This works pretty much as expected. It keeps your water cold. Too bad the handle is not sturdy enough to support 2 gallons of water. Unlike most people, I actually use this everyday as I work outside. One would think you would be able to actually you use the handle that comes with it so you can carry your other things with handles that are actually designed to hold the weight of the item. Used everyday for a year! Lasted me exactly a year before it broke. It’s a great way to take water to work. I beat it up through out the year and held up. I will try other jugs. But if you use it once in a while I would recommend you buy it.
