Great Quality… I looked hard to find a good, stainless rack that would fit my thicker lids. This was incredibly easy to set up and is super strong. I like the fact that the prongs actually go up higher than most other holders… making it perfect for even heavier items. Great for sous vide I have purchased two of these products. I do not use them for pot lid storage, but I do use them in my sous vide cooking. I have a plastic tank that I cook in. When cooking via sous vide it is important that water be allowed to circulate around the bagged food. Love the rubber feet on this adjustable organizer! I love any kind of organization, so of course I jumped on this. I am using it in my cabinet to hold large plates. The tops of the pegs are rounded, so there is no harm to the dishes. My main reason for getting this one in particular is that it’s adjustable; you just adjust it accordion style larger or smaller. I wasn’t sure how it would fit in the cabinet, so having it adjustable was key.
