Lid = Big Problem I’ve been using this dish for my toddler’s preschool lunch for about 6 months. I’ve bought 2 replacement lids since my first purchase because even with hand washing, they DO NOT SEAL. At first, I thought it was warping. It’s not. I love the dish so much and the sections are the perfect size, so I put up with this very annoying and difficult flaw. When I make lunch the night before, I actually use bag clips to hold the edges together. Yes, it’s THAT bad. However, again, there are no other dishes…
Fun product, but… I was really excited to use this, it’s the perfect size for my one year old for her lunch when she is at daycare. Unfortunately, after about a week or two I noticed that the plastic lid wouldn’t fit onto the tray correctly and it kept popping off. I thought it was just some product malfunction and got a replacement with Amazon. However, the same thing started happening with my new one, the lid wouldn’t fit on the tray and stay sealed shut. Awesome 18/10 Stainless Steel Tray except very shallow… First off, I was very pleasantly surprised this is 304 18/10 stainless steel as it is not mentioned anywhere on the website product description. The packaging labels it 18/10 although the bottom is not stamped 18/10.Secondly, I really like the shape of the plate – it looks like a school bus. I like that it has 5 compartments so that I can separate the foods for my little man as he doesn’t like mixing up his food to eat, compartments are really tiny though – don’t mind it so long…
