How To Use:
1.Pour in hot water / cold tap water, cover lid, let it stand for for 5 to 10 minutes to preheat / precool the jar, empty the water.
2.Pack your food and cover lid.
3.When eating, press the vent button for 1 to 2 times and then open the inner insulation cover.
NOTE:
1.Do not use product in dishwashers, microwave, oven, on stove-top, or in any type of heating appliances.
2.Do not overfill the container: Leave space at top of container for lid and stopper (if present), to avoid overflow.
3.Check periodically for missing and worn washers. Missing, worn or misaligned gasket may cause product to leak.

Great little food flask for lunch box Brilliant food flask which I use for my daughter’s packed lunches. It doesn’t quite hold a 800g tin of soup but it doesn’t leak, is easy to clean and easily keeps the food warm until lunchtime when I fill it in the morning.
good This is by far the best insulation I’ve found yet. I can pack the soup by 7am and it is still piping HOT at 1pm. It is still hot enough by 3pm. The key is to not only put BOILING water inside it to preheat the container, but to also put super hot food in it and fill it to the top.mpressed.
good Works amazing for my husband who has to take his lunch and does not have a place to heated up. I do put warm water in there for about 5 minutes while I’m heating up the food to put in it. He has taken everything from soup as you rice veggies and chicken all wrapped in foil separately and stuck in there and everything has stayed when for up to 8 hours. We haven’t tried any longer than that period but I would definitely recommend This product.
