Did not work! I was not happy with this purchase at all, I bought it because it had mostly positive reviews. I followed instructions to the letter, and after only 3 hours the food was already cold. I was pretty dissappointed as I was really looking forward to using this lunch box. Also the bottle created very little suction. You’ll have better results keeping food hot in other insulated products not … We tried this lunch box and containers. I packed my son’s HOT lunch for school to find that his lunch was cold just a couple of hours later. The product does not do what promised. You’ll have better results keeping food hot in other insulated products not made by this company. I let the company know and they have yet to reply.
Impossible to keep clean. My son loves this lunchbox but I’m going to have to look elsewhere because it is impossible to keep clean. I chose it because there are not many lunchboxes on the market to keep lunches HOT and my son prefers to bring dinner leftovers to school for lunch.
